Terms & Conditions

1. Your full payment is required in order for your order to be taken in.
2. There will not be any changes or cancellations allowed once I have placed the order with the merchant.
3. Refunds for oos items will be made before I place an order with the merchant.
4. Please follow my order format and double-check your order before posting. If item arrived wrongly due to wrong format given, all exchange fees will be borne by you.
5. I will not be held responsible for any defects, wrong sizes/colour/item sent or packages lost during postage or shipping. But I will always try my best to provide the best solutions/service to your problems.
